🚀 Getting Started

Click the 'Register' button on the homepage. Fill in your username, email, and password, then complete the payment step to activate your account. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email and can log in immediately.
A stable internet connection and a computer with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge recommended). No prior setup is required — everything runs in your browser. A GitHub account is needed to submit project challenges.
Yes! Our curriculum is designed to guide you from zero to job-ready. Month 1 covers absolute fundamentals, and each subsequent month builds on the last with increasing complexity and real-world projects.

👤 Account & Login

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a secure reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Currently, username and email changes require contacting our support team at hello@doxatechhub.com. We're working on a self-service account settings page.
Accounts may be locked if your subscription has expired, or if there has been a violation of our Terms of Service. Contact support with your registered email for assistance.

💳 Billing & Plans

We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers via Paystack — Nigeria's leading payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes! Visit the Upgrade page from your dashboard at any time. You can add more months to your existing plan, and any remaining weeks you already have will be combined with the new purchase.
A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered address after every successful transaction. You can also contact support to request an official receipt.

📚 Courses & Grading

When you submit a GitHub repository URL for a challenge, our grading engine clones your repository and runs a series of automated tests against it. Results — including a pass/fail status and detailed output — are shown within minutes.
You can resubmit a challenge as many times as you like. Review the failed output carefully, fix the issues in your code, push the changes to GitHub, and re-submit the same repository URL.
No — active course access requires an active subscription. However, your progress and submission history are preserved, so you can pick up exactly where you left off when you renew.
