At DoxaTech Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality, project-based software engineering education. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed this refund policy to be fair and transparent for all students.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you enrol in any DoxaTech Hub plan and are not satisfied with the learning experience, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date — provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content during that period.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have accessed fewer than 2 weeks of course material.
- Your account has not been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You submit the request via our official Contact Us page or by emailing hello@doxatechhub.com.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Accounts that have accessed more than 20% of the curriculum.
- Promotional or discounted plan purchases marked as "non-refundable" at checkout.
- Bundle (10-month) plans after the first calendar week.
- Cases where the student has violated our community or academic integrity guidelines.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email hello@doxatechhub.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Username]".
- Include your registered email address, payment reference number, and a brief reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Plan Upgrades
Payments made for plan upgrades (e.g., adding additional months) follow the same 7-day refund window from the date of the upgrade transaction. Partial refunds for unused months within a bundle are not available after the refund window has closed.
6. Changes to This Policy
DoxaTech Hub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
