By accessing or using DoxaTech Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Submit plagiarised or AI-generated code as your own without disclosure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform's grading systems.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination toward other students or staff.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and software on DoxaTech Hub are the exclusive property of DoxaTech Hub Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

5. Payments & Plans

Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

DoxaTech Hub is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

Privacy Policy

DoxaTech Hub respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, username, and password (hashed).
• Payment data: Transaction references processed via Paystack. We do not store card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, challenge submissions, session activity, and browser type.
• Communication data: Emails and messages you send to our support team.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, personalise, and improve our educational services.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account activation, password resets).
• To analyse platform usage and improve course content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g. Paystack for payment processing, email providers) solely to deliver our services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission is 100% secure.
